旋片式真空泵,现在普遍采用双旋片结构,液压泵的结构也大体如此。应用单片旋片后,泵体的内壁形线成为非正圆形,即蚌壳形。单片泵的旋片离心力小,而承载能力大,同时能改善润滑效果,这是一种较为理想的结构。 本文对单一旋片泵作一些简短回顾,并对其泵体形线的形成进行一些简单而又实用的数理分析,然后对其实践的方法作一些原理介绍。最后对于这类型豪的前途进行一些主观展望。
Rotary vane vacuum pumps, now commonly used double-rotary structure, the structure of the hydraulic pump is generally the case. After the single-chip rotary blade is applied, the shape of the inner wall of the pump body becomes non-circular, that is, the shape of the clam shell. Single-chip rotary vane centrifugal force is small, and carrying capacity, while improving lubrication, which is a more ideal structure. In this paper, we briefly review the single rotary vane pump, and make some simple and practical mathematical analysis on the formation of its pump body shape line. Then, we introduce some principles of its practice. Finally, there are some subjective perspectives on the future of this type of ho.
