气田生产系统一般由气藏、采气井、地面集输等子系统构成,目前相关研究基本上都是将各个子系统单独分开研究,没有考虑它们是一个连续流动封闭系统,IPM软件为其提供了一个生产系统一体化模拟分析平台,以整个油气开发生产系统为研究对象,将气藏、井筒、管网连接起来形成生产系统一体化模型,为气井优化配产提供依据。该模拟技术在PG气田得到了成功应用,把气藏划分为4个分区,建立了37口单井模型,将其与16座集气站、1座集气总站等地面管网流程进行连接,通过历史数据拟合,建立了普光气田生产系统一体化模型,按照生产需求进行单井优化配产,为气田合理高效开发提供了依据,提高了气田开发管理水平。

Through historical data fitting, an integrated model of production system of Puguang Gas Field has been established, and single-well optimization and allocation of production according to production demand has provided the basis for rational and efficient gas field development and improved the management level of gas field development.
