为了比较FBL和TBL两种教学方法在高职社区护理学教学中的应用效果。采用随机抽样的方法随机收取我校2012级护理专业的学生300名,随机分成FBL组、TBL组和对照组,每组各100名。FBL组采用FBL的教学方法,TBL组采用TBL的教学方法,对照组采用传统讲授的教学方法。经过一个学期的教学后,对各组的理论成绩和实践考核成绩比较,TBL组>FBL组>对照组。发现TBL教学法和FBL教学法比传统教学法更能激发学生兴趣,更能提高学生的能力,TBL教学法的效果优于FBL教学,所以TBL教学方法和PBL教学方法效果比传统的教学方法好,且TBL教学方法教学效果比FBL教学方法。
In order to compare FBL and TBL two kinds of teaching methods in higher vocational community nursing teaching effect. A random sample of 300 randomly selected nursing students in our college 2012, were randomly divided into FBL group, TBL group and control group, each of 100. FBL teaching method using FBL, TBL teaching method using TBL, control group using the traditional teaching methods. After a semester of teaching, the results of each group and practice examination results compared to TBL group> FBL group> control group. It is found that the TBL teaching method and the FBL teaching method can stimulate students ’interest more than the traditional teaching method and improve students’ abilities. TBL teaching method is better than FBL teaching method, so TBL teaching method and PBL teaching method are better than the traditional teaching method , And TBL teaching methods teaching effectiveness than FBL teaching methods.
