我科用羟乙基淀粉代血浆,治疗脑血栓形成发生脑出血一例,报告如下。李××,女,67岁。因右侧肢体活动障碍12天,于85年12月25日入院。三年来有高血压,波动于180～220/100～120mmHg。入院检查,意识清楚,血压154/94,语言尚流利,眼底视网膜动脉硬化Ⅱ期,无出血或渗出。右侧鼻唇沟浅,伸舌偏右,肢力右侧肢体上肢Ⅲ级,下肢O级,张力增高。巴彬斯基征(+),腰穿脑脊液压力常规及生化均正常,血小板计数出凝血时间正常,头颅CT未发现出血灶。诊断左侧脑血栓形成,
