何谓服务灵感?服务灵感即服务者在为他人提供生产、生活服务的过程中,由于自己艰苦劳动,长期实践,不断积累经验和知识而突然产生的富有创造性的思路。通过灵感服务能使企业服务功能多样化,促进企业销售,树立企业形象,增加企业经济效益。 加油站服务是一项循序渐进的系统工程,就服务者而言,加油工服务灵感包括情绪灵感、意志灵感和能力灵感。 (1)情绪灵感。加油工服务灵感反映在情绪灵感上,就是要有良好的职业道德,较高的思想境界,能忠于职守,热爱本职工作,尊重体贴顾客,将心中的“真、善、美”以面部表情、动作和声音无私的奉献和展示给顾客。
