建国以来,水泥工业在基础科学和应用科学的研究中,都取得了许多可喜的成果,其中很多科研成果已经变成生产力。但是,也还有不少科研成果,较长时间没有能够变成生产力,甚至有的在通过技术签定之后,就被束之高阁,这是十分可惜的。根据过去的经验教训,科研成果不能很快变成生产力的原因是多方面的。就水泥工业来说:有的科研课题,并非水泥工业生产建设发展所急需,所以虽然已经取得某些成果,也通过了技术签定,但一时也难以应用到实际中去。这类研究成果,在推广过程中,往往缺乏生命力,即使强行推广,寿命也不会长。如湿法磨机上的弧形筛,过去曾有许多工厂采用,但现在仅有个别工厂坚持使用。这是其中主要原因。有的科研课题,虽是生产、建设所急需的,但成果并不牢靠,经济效益也不显著,或不具备推广条件。这类成果,在推广过程中,往往也是缺乏生命力,既使强行推广,也会夭折。如过去推广过的白灰配料,虽能增产,但
