高温下固体铁垢(Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3、FeO)—与 EDTA 溶液的反应,不仅是一个络合反应,同时还伴随酸碱反应。控制适当的条件,可以使反应体系随垢的不断洗脱溶解,pH 值自动上升.实现了洗炉液从弱酸性开始,弱碱性钝化 pH 结束的洗垢、钝化一步完成新技术,称之为“协调 EDTA 洗炉”新法。此法具有工艺及系统简单、操作方便、用水量少、工期短、对环境污染小等优点。
