作为研究生学位课之一,公法与私法课程教学的主要意义在于研究思维和方法的培养。在教学模式上,要实行研究思维养成与法学实践锻炼“两位一体”。在课程体系建设上,通过整合部门公法和私法学科的研究成果,建构具有共通与差异、互动与融合特点的公法与私法理论体系和课程内容。
As one of graduate degree courses, the main significance of the teaching of public law and private law courses lies in the research thinking and methods. In the teaching mode, it is necessary to practice research thinking and law practice training “two in one.” In the construction of curriculum system, we construct the theoretical system and course content of public law and private law that have the characteristics of commonness, difference, interaction and integration by integrating the research results of the departmental public law and private law disciplines.
