许多高层建筑工程中多使用钢板剪力墙结构,该部位的混凝土特点为:(1)拌合物流动度大,粘度大;(2)粉料用量多、强度高、收缩大;(3)混凝土与钢板之间的约束力非常大;(4)当钢板剪力墙混凝土厚度超过1m时,属于大体积混凝土剪力墙,这时混凝土的温度应力非常大。这些因素均会导致混凝土开裂,实际工程中也经常出现开裂现象,而且通常3d就开裂,裂缝多而且分布无规律。因此本期特别策划从原材料和施工两个方面分析开裂的原因,并讨论如何降低开裂的风险。

These factors will lead to concrete cracking, cracking often occur in the actual project, and usually cracked 3d, crack and more irregular distribution. Therefore, this issue is specially planned to analyze the causes of cracking from the aspects of raw materials and construction and to discuss how to reduce the risk of cracking.
