在理论分析的基础上,提出了在低压雾化条件下实现重油平火焰燃烧的原理,并研制了相应的新型油烧咀。采用600-800mm水柱压力的空气,将燃烧空气量的约50%做雾化剂,而将其余空气量以旋流方式做助燃风,可以得到稳定的平火焰。平火焰的直径为 1—2.5 m,厚度为 100—200 mm,火焰中温度分布较均匀。烧阻在工业炉上试验时,使炉子的燃料消耗量大幅度降低。
On the basis of theoretical analysis, the principle of flat flame combustion with heavy oil is proposed under the condition of low pressure atomization, and the corresponding new oil burning nozzle is developed. Air pressure of 600-800mm water column, the combustion air volume of about 50% as atomizing agent, and the remaining amount of air by way of cyclone combustion air, you can get a stable flat flame. Flat flame diameter of 1-2.5 m, a thickness of 100-200 mm, the flame temperature distribution more evenly. Burning resistance in the industrial furnace test, the fuel consumption of the furnace significantly reduced.
