机车综合无线通信设备(简称CIR)是为适应我国铁路无线调度通信技术的发展而研制的车载无线通信设备,既能适应我国既有的模拟制式列车无线调度通信的应用要求,又能满足我国GSM-R铁路专用数字移动调度通信的应用需求,CIR安装在机车、动车组、轨道车上,能够有效满足地面行车指挥人员、列车司机和其他人员的一切通信需求。作为机车、动车组上直接面对司机操作的设备,CIR是关系列车安全、正点运行的重要装置,为保障机车车载通信设备在运用中的安全性和可靠性,维护与检修工作尤为重要。本文以深圳长龙(小型化CIR)为例,从CIR设备基本结构、运用、维护和故障判断方法方面介绍CIR相关知识。
The locomotive integrated wireless communication equipment (abbreviated as CIR) is a vehicle-mounted wireless communication equipment developed to adapt to the development of China’s railway wireless dispatching communication technology. It can not only meet the application requirements of China’s existing analog standard train wireless dispatching communication, but also meet the requirements of China’s GSM -R Railway digital mobile dispatch communication application requirements, CIR installed in the locomotive, EMU, rail car, can effectively meet the ground traffic commander, train drivers and other communications needs of all personnel. As a locomotive and EMU directly facing the operation of the driver equipment, CIR is an important device that is related to train safety and punctual operation. In order to protect the safety and reliability of locomotive communication equipment in operation, maintenance and overhaul are especially important. In this paper, Shenzhen Changlong (miniaturized CIR) is taken as an example to introduce CIR related knowledge from the basic structure, operation, maintenance and fault judgment methods of CIR equipment.
