1986年2月石家庄石墨电极厂的大型生产设备,1500t电极挤压机在生产使用时发生主柱塞和缸套大面积严重拉伤,被迫停机待修,省计经委有关部门极为重视,组织省内部份单位成立了抢修会战指挥部。会战成员对设备的拉伤情况及材料和修复工艺进行了认真的讨论,决定采用电刷镀技术进行修复,同时请国内有关专家在修复之前进行了模拟试验,性能测试和技术论证,我们主要承担缸套拉伤的修复工作。缸套的基本尺寸为φ900×900mm,材质为ZQ6-6-3,直线度0.03/900mm,圆度0.085mm,表面粗造度(?)。其拉伤情况为:连续拉伤面积900×430mm,深度达3~4mm,断续研伤、拉伤、磨损需修复的面积达900×1350mm。其拉伤面积之大,沟槽之深,是罕见的,在国内运用刷镀进行这么大件的修复尚未有前例。

It is rare that the area of the wound is large and the depth of the groove is deep. There is no precedent for the use of brush plating for such large-scale restoration in the country.
