One of the most important qualities of a sprinter is the ability to get the maximum running speed, and the maximum running speed is gradually increased over many years of training. During training, people often find that when the athletes reach a certain level, the phenomenon of stable or stagnant speed (that is, the speed barrier) will mean that the body of the athlete needs new and more intensive training to stimulate the speed break. Long-term use of the same exercise means that athletes will adapt physically and psychologically to similar stimuli and will not be able to exploit the potential functional capabilities of athletes. If the phenomenon of stagnation of speed can not be overcome for a long time, it will inevitably affect the improvement of the training level of athletes. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to explore new practices that help athletes break down speed barriers and improve athletic performance under certain artificial conditions. Practice and research show that non-traditional practice methods can achieve the following two purposes: 1. Intensified training; 2. To improve the speed of force
