本文通过对21例因患肿瘤等原因而切除部分下颌骨的病例,采用立即植入一种新型的人工骨材料——生物活性玻璃陶瓷人工骨修复大型骨缺损(其中10例骨受植床有严重感染),术后观察到患者手术创口均、工期愈合,无全身和局部不良反应。经7~38月观察,未发现植入人工骨有松动、脱出及致敏现像,X线片复查见骨相接端有新骨长入。表明该人工骨有良好的组织、化学相容性及诱导骨生长能力和较强的抗感染能力,特别是用在局部有感染情况的立即植骨上,缩短了治疗时间、减少了病员痛苦,是一种理想的修复下颌骨大型缺损的好材料。
