为证实心肌声学造影体元模型三维重建技术(MCE-3D)对缺血心肌定位判断和定量分析的可行性和可靠性,本文用自制的声处理5%人体白蛋白对7条冠脉急性闭塞模型的犬进行心肌声学造影和三维重建。结果显示:MCE-3D技术所显示的缺血心肌的立体形态和实际标本相似,且能从不同角度观察其在左心室所处的位置;同时用该技术所测的左室缺血心肌和非缺血心肌质量和病理实测值高度相关(r分别为0.95、0.98),表明MCE-3D技术对心肌缺血的评估有独特的价值。本文结果对进一步用心肌声学造影评价局部心肌瘤注的研究开辟了新的途径。
In order to confirm the feasibility and reliability of myocardial stereoeoptic reconstruction (MCE-3D) for myocardial location judgment and quantitative analysis of myocardial ischemia, we analyzed the acute occlusion of 7 coronary arteries with 5% human albumin Model dogs were subjected to myocardial contrast echocardiography and 3D reconstruction. The results showed that the stereoscopic morphology of ischemic myocardium displayed by MCE-3D technique was similar to that of the actual specimen, and its location in the left ventricle could be observed from different angles. Meanwhile, The quality of ischemic myocardium was highly correlated with the pathological findings (r = 0.95, 0.98, respectively), indicating that MCE-3D has unique value in the assessment of myocardial ischemia. Our results open up new avenues for the further study of myocardial perfusion with myocardial contrast echocardiography.
