自从领导上提出要我們研究“全面发展与因材施教相結合”的方針以来,人家都在紛紛議论,我也来谈谈个人的看法,认識不正确,还請批評指正。首先我認为领导上提出这个问題是适时的,是有的放矢。因为几年來,各級学校在貫徹全面發展的教育方針中,虽有一定的战績,但都有程度不同的妨害学生个性發展,負担重,质量低的偏差和問題。我們最近从报上看到高等学校在这方面揭露的情况是十分惊人的。我是一个小学教育工作者,同样也感到有这个问题。我了解情况不多,对这个问题在小学教育工作中的严重性也許还估計不足。我感到小学几年来在贯彻全面发展教育方針的过程中,教师全面負責的精神加强了,苏联的教育理論和先进经驗武裝了他們,教学方法在不断改进。学生的知识質量比較巩固,爱
Since leaders proposed that we study the principle of “combining all-round development with teaching according to individual circumstances”, people are talking about each other. I also talk about personal opinions. My understanding is incorrect. Please also criticize and correct me. First of all, I think it is timely and purposeful for the leadership to raise this issue. We have recently read from the newspaper that the situation of higher education institutions being exposed in this respect is very alarming. I am a primary education worker and feel the same problem. I do not know much about the seriousness of this problem in primary education which may still be underestimated. I feel that in the course of implementing the all-round education policy in primary schools in the past few years, the teachers are fully responsible. The Soviet armed theories and advanced experience have armed them and their teaching methods have been constantly improving. The quality of knowledge of students more consolidated, love
