文化管理是社会管理中的一个大概念,它的核心是“人”。北京市东城区崇文幼儿园尝试将企业优秀管理经验植入教育管理之中,探索一种新的幼儿园内部运行模式,将园所管理、队伍培养、课题研究与日常工作融合在一起,将育人、育健康人的目标根植于实践之中。为此,该园的全体教职工在边实践、边研究、边总结的基础上,提出了“园长围着园所生态发展转;干部围着教师专业发展转;教师围着幼儿健康发展转”的工作思路,通过“转观念、转机制、转做法”来践行文化管理的核心,使教职工在宽松的工作氛围中享受职业发展的幸福。
