橡胶颗粒的加入改变了混合料材料的原本组成形式,降低了沥青与骨料之间的粘附性,在水和车辆荷载的作用下橡胶颗粒极易剥落,不仅降低了除冰雪性能,还严重影响了路面的使用效果。为了解决橡胶颗粒沥青混合料粘附性不足这一普遍存在的问题,本文对TOR连接剂的作用机理进行了分析,以水煮法和水煮筛分法试验为基础,研究了不同TOR掺量和浸润时间对沥青与粗集料、沥青与细集料的粘附性改善效果。并且通过室内试验研究了TOR连接剂对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料粘附性的改善效果,提出了TOR连接剂的合理掺量。为改善橡胶颗粒沥青路面耐久性奠定了基础。
