学生的知识学习过程受多种因素的影响,诸如认知方面的因素、人格与动力方面的因素、社会方面的因素等等。大量的研究证明,非智力因素对学生的学习也产生着十分重要的作用,而学生的学习动机在各种非智力因素中又处于核心地位。无论在小学、中学还是大学,学习动机与学业成绩之间存在着明显的正相关。因此,在学校教育过程中,动机教育应成为非智力因素教育的突破口,以动机教育带动其他非智力因素的发展。作为教师,应特别注意对学生学习动机的了解、培养和激发。
Students’ learning process of knowledge is affected by many factors, such as cognitive factors, personality and motivation factors, social factors and so on. Numerous studies have shown that non-intellectual factors also play an important role in student learning, and students’ learning motivation is at the core of various non-intellectual factors. No matter in primary school, middle school or university, there is a clear positive correlation between motivation and academic achievement. Therefore, in the process of school education, motivation education should become the breakthrough point of non-intellectual education, motivation education to promote the development of other non-intellectual factors. As a teacher, special attention should be paid to understanding, training and inspiring students’ motivation to learn.
