元认知是指认知主体对认知活动进行自我监控和调节,从而提高自己的活动或处理事情的能力。这一理论被运用于许多领域,其中,教学和学习是一个重要方面。本文以影响外语口语学习的因素为出发点,联系口语学习实际,阐述了元认知理论对英语口语学习的影响,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进英语口语学习的措施。
Metacognition refers to the cognitive subject to self-monitoring and adjustment of cognitive activity, thereby enhancing their activities or ability to deal with things. This theory has been applied in many fields, of which teaching and learning are an important aspect. In this paper, the author takes the factors which affect the oral English learning as a starting point, and in connection with the reality of spoken English, elaborates the impact of metacognitive theory on spoken English learning and puts forward corresponding measures to improve spoken English learning.
