惠州市自来水总公司去年初改革经营管理体制,将原来的一个营业所按区域划分为7个营业所,增加近40人,对供水抄表、收费、水管维修等实行分片包干管理,同时,投入50多万元改善服务窗口环境,使营业管理工作上了一个新台阶。他们又向社会作出了“用水申请限期批复、抄表准确到位、修漏及时、水质合格”等10项承诺,并对违诺作了明确的处罚规定。为了保证承诺内容的落实,该公司于1997年7月份从社会各界聘请了38位供水义务监督员。这38位监督员均来
Huizhou City Water Supply Corporation reformed its operation and management system at the beginning of last year, dividing the original one business office into seven business offices by region, adding nearly 40 people, and implementing split sheet management on water supply meter reading, charging, and water mains maintenance. Invested more than 500,000 yuan to improve the service window environment, so that business management has reached a new level. They also made 10 promises such as “request for water application deadlines, accurate meter reading, timely repair, and qualified water quality” to the community, and made clear penalties for violations. In order to ensure the implementation of the promised contents, the company hired 38 water supply obligors from all sectors of society in July 1997. The 38 supervisors all come
