目的探讨除湿通痹方的抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎提供实验依据。方法通过二甲苯涂抹制备小鼠耳廓肿胀模型及采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,观察除湿通痹方的抗炎作用;通过醋酸法和热板法致小鼠实验性疼痛模型,观察除湿通痹方的镇痛作用。结果除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组对小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01);除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组能显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高(P<0.01);除湿通痹方I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组对醋酸所致小鼠扭体模型中有一定的镇痛作用(P<0.01),且存在剂量依赖性;除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在给药后30、60、90、120min均能延长小鼠痛反应潜伏期(P<0.05,P<0.01),其痛阈提高率在25%以上。结论除湿通痹方具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用,可用于急性痛风性关节炎的治疗。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of “Dushi-Tong-Bi-Fang” and to provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods The auricle swelling model was induced by xylene in mice and the peritoneal capillary permeability of mice induced by acetic acid was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of “Danshutongbi” prescription. The experimental model of pain was induced by acetic acid and hot plate method , Observe the analgesic effect of dehumidification Tongbi side. Results SHRT group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ had obvious inhibitory effects on mouse ear swelling (P <0.05, P <0.01). SHR group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ could significantly inhibit the intraperitoneal capillary of mice induced by acetic acid Vascular permeability increased (P <0.01). I, II and III in SHR group had certain analgesic effect on writhing model induced by acetic acid in mice (P <0.01), and there was dose-dependent ; SHR group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ could prolong the latency of pain reaction (P <0.05, P <0.01) at 30, 60, 90 and 120 min after administration, and the improvement rate of pain threshold was over 25%. Conclusion Dehuan Tong Bi Fang has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and can be used in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
