利用植物组织转化分析方法进行研究的结果表明,羊茅黑麦草的叶片伸长和枯萎速率在各再生时期均高于无芒雀麦,叶组织转化速率快;而无芒雀麦的叶片发生和死亡速率在各再生时期均高于羊茅黑麦草。羊茅黑麦草2cm和6cm留茬刈割高度的叶片伸长和枯萎速率无显著差别;无芒雀麦2cm比6cm留茬刈割高度的叶片伸长率显著地高,但枯萎速率差异不显著。不同刈割高度对两种牧草的叶片出现率和死亡率无显著影响。刈割可以减少两种牧草因叶片枯萎死亡造成的损失
The results of plant tissue transformation analysis showed that the leaf elongation and withered rate of fescue were higher than that of A. bromeliad and the leaf tissue transformation rate was faster at each regeneration stage. The rate of death was higher than that of fescue in each regeneration period. There was no significant difference in leaf elongation and withered rate between 2 cm and 6 cm stubble height of fescue ryegrass. The leaf elongation of 2 cm and 6 cm stubble mulching height was significantly higher than that of 2 cm and 6 cm stubble height, but the difference was not significant . Different cutting height had no significant effect on leaf emergence and mortality of the two species of forage grass. Mowing can reduce the loss of both pastures caused by the withered leaves
