2015年2月初,齐鲁网、人民网、网易财经频道等各大媒体纷纷报道了枣庄房地产市场的现状,那就是烂尾楼遍地。东湖龙城、燕山公馆、广府一号、锦绣花城……在枣庄可以轻易地找出像这样的停工或者烂尾的房地产项目。据媒体报到,仅薛城区和市中区就有200多万平米的住宅处于这样的状态。枣庄市烂尾楼的现象之所以如此普遍,主要原因在于前几年的房地产热,开发商的盲目投资大大超出了当地的实际需求,导致现金无法及时回流,资金链很容易断裂。且房地产市场融资渠道狭窄困难,成为制约房地产市场健康发展最难突破的“瓶颈”。如何破解融资问题,成为我市房地产企业健康发展的关键。
