研究了球磨工艺对Mo-W-Co合金粉末颗粒的粒度与振实密度的影响,通过改变球磨时的转速以及球磨时间,对球磨后的粉末进行扫描电镜分析、粒度测试和振实密度测试,得出了最佳的球磨工艺。结果表明:当球磨时间20h,球磨转速300r/min时,得到的Mo-W-Co粉末有较高的振实密度以及较小的粉末粒度。Co元素的分布情况也较低转速与短时间球磨更加均匀且稳定,从而得出较好的球磨工艺参数,即转速300 r/min球磨20h。
The effects of ball milling process on the grain size and tap density of Mo-W-Co alloy powders were studied. The ball milled powders were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), particle size test and tap density test by changing the rotation speed and ball milling time. Draw the best ball milling process. The results show that the Mo-W-Co powder has higher tap density and smaller particle size when ball milling time is 20h and milling speed is 300r / min. The distribution of Co element is also lower and the ball mill is more uniform and stable in short time, resulting in a better ball milling process parameters, namely the speed of 300 r / min ball milling 20h.
