建立了一种简易可行的测定铜绿假单胞菌对药物外膜通透性的方法,在此基础上,对临床分离的耐β-内酰胺类抗生素(至少耐1种β-内酰胺类抗生素)的铜绿假单胞菌测定了对头孢唑林及亚胺培南/西司他丁的外膜通透性,结果表明:在测试的101株菌株中对头孢唑林的通透率为100%的有7株,占6.93%;而在测试的32株菌株中对亚胺培南/西司他丁的通透率为100%的有7株,占21.87%,10株对头孢唑林敏感的大肠杆菌均显示良好的外膜通透性。并对建立的方法进行了讨论。
