为改善球团矿的冶金性能，用磁化水对包钢全无氟精矿造球，在包钢162m2带式焙烧机上进行了球团投宠焙烧试验。试验结果表明，在最佳试验条件下，与普通水造球相比，球团矿抗压强度及还原度分别提高45．6％和28．5％，还原体积膨胀率降低21．6％。
In order to improve the metallurgical properties of the pellets, the balls were made on the fluorine-free concentrate of Baotou Steel with magnetized water. The pellet roasting test was performed on the 162m2 belt roaster in Baotou Steel. The experimental results show that the compressive strength and reduction degree of pellets are increased by 45.6% and 28.5%, respectively, and the reduction volume reduction rate is reduced by 21.6% under the optimum test conditions.
