培训需求分析是培训活动中关键的环节,同时也是确保培训内容具有针对性和实效性的重要条件。一般来讲,有了需求,才有了后来一系列的动机行为,当需求达到一定强度,就会转化为行为,因此,培训需求分析能够指导培训内容的制定,从而达到有针对性的培训,进而提高培训的效果。电力企业作为支撑现代经济发展的重要部分,其职工培训工作中的培训需求分析对电力企业提高服务,促进企业的发展具有重要的意义。本文初步分析了电力企业培训需求分析的现状,以及培训需求分析的方法和内容,以期能够为电力企业职工培训工作中做好培训方案设计提供经验借鉴。
