观察了25例慢性肺心病急性发作期患者体内激活T细胞中IL－2R和TfR的状况，以及CD5、CD4、CD8的变化并与正常人进行了对比分析。结果显示患者IL－2R和TFR明显低于对照组，CD5细胞和CD4也明显降低。说明该病患者免疫功能紊乱，应注意用免疫调节剂改善机体状况。
The changes of IL-2R and TfR in activated T cells and the changes of CD5, CD4 and CD8 in 25 patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease were observed and compared with those in normal subjects. The results showed that patients with IL-2R and TFR was significantly lower than the control group, CD5 cells and CD4 was also significantly lower. This shows that patients with immune dysfunction, should pay attention to the use of immunomodulators to improve the body condition.
