建设和谐的社区群众文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。它作为社区群众的精神家园和情感依托,对社会的繁荣发展、和谐稳定有着重要的作用。“以人为本”的目标要求把社区文化建设与构建和谐社会统一起来。因此,要把和谐发展、引导社区人树立和谐伦理、倡导宽容谦让的社会公德作为社区文化建设的重要内容,并充分运用有利于和谐社会构建的方式方法及手段。
Building a Harmonious Community Mass Culture is an Important Content in Building a Socialist Harmonious Society. As a spiritual home and emotional support for the community masses, it plays an important role in the prosperity, development, harmony and stability of the society. “People-oriented ” goal requires the community culture and building a harmonious society unified. Therefore, we should make harmonious development, guide community people to establish harmonious ethics, advocate tolerant and modest social ethics as an important part of community cultural construction, and make full use of ways and means that are conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.
