一、工程概况:苏州钢铁厂开坯车间旋流沉淀池沉井,外径13.3m,内径11.5m,制作高度15.75m,下沉深度15.6m,壁厚80cm,四周被浅基础建筑群所包围。沉井开始下沉时,采用潜水泵排水,人工开挖,井字架把杆出土。当沉到自然地面以下9.1m时,井内三处冒砂,砂孔经常移动,刃脚高差达16cm。于是集中力量纠偏下沉,并用泥浆泵抽吸泥砂,然而仍不奏效。当下沉到地面以下12.23m,井内土塞1.5m时,刃脚高差发展到30cm,垂直倾斜度达
