为计算“捕鲸叉”导弹机上指令发射系统的可用性,研究了两种模型。第一种模型是半-马尔可夫过程。采用后来研究的计算机模拟模型证明了半-马尔可夫模型的假设是成立的。用改变参数的方法检验了两种模型。主要参数有平均故障时间、平均修理时间和繁重的工作条件。不大重要的参数有维修效率和修理概率分布的维修时间(仅对模拟而言)。本报告的重要发现是:用可用性的标准定义来确定在复杂工作条件下系统的可用性是不合适的。
In order to calculate the availability of the command launch system of the “whaling fork” missile, two models are studied. The first model is a semi-Markov process. The computer simulation model of the later study proves that the assumption of the semi-Markov model is valid. Two models were tested by changing the parameters. The main parameters are the average time to failure, the average repair time and heavy working conditions. Less important parameters are repair efficiency and repair time (only for simulation). The key finding of this report is that it is not appropriate to use the standard definition of availability to determine the availability of a system under complex operating conditions.
