南充市顺庆区在推进城市社区 党建工作中,敢于抓难碰硬,把搞 好扶贫再就业工作作为深化社区 党建工作的突破口,真心实意为贫 困群众排忧解难,赢得了民心。 为了利用好省上下拨的城市 扶贫开发贷款,各街道社区党组 织积极配合有关部门,认真做好 调查摸底、立项建议、借贷投人等 工作,安全发放城市扶贫资金521 万元,有效启动各类扶贫项目176 个,帮助5345户贫困家庭、1.4万 余人越过了温饱线。今年全区各 社区党组织花了整整3个多月时 间,走家人户开展摸底调查工作,准确掌握符合低保条件的贫困家庭情况。共调查符合低保条件的贫困人口38万余人 Shunqing District, Nanchong City, in promoting the party building in urban communities, dare to grasp the hard-line, to improve poverty alleviation and re-employment as a breakthrough to deepen the work of party building in the community, and sincerely for the poor people solve problems and won the people’s hearts.
