戴尼亚尔·姆威努丁(Daniyal Mueenuddin,1963—),巴基斯坦作家,父亲是巴基斯坦人,母亲是美国人,童年在巴基斯坦度过,十三岁时父母把他送到美国接受教育,大学毕业于达特默思学院,获得英语文学学位。毕业那年,他父亲由于年事已高,身体健康日益恶化,而他所雇佣的管理人员正觊觎其家族财产,故而急忙把姆威努丁召回巴基斯坦,以拯救家族的农场。所以姆威努丁在毕业那年回到并留在了巴基斯坦,在接下来的几年中一直经营家族的农场,同时写诗、读书。
Daniyal Mueenuddin (1963-), a Pakistani writer whose father is Pakistani and whose mother is American, spent her childhood in Pakistan and sent to the United States for education at the age of thirteen Graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in English Literature. In his graduation year, his father, experiencing an advanced age, deteriorating health, and his hired managers were stepping out of his family’s property, hurriedly called Mvudou Dinh to Pakistan to save his family’s farm. So M’awdunuddin returned to and remained in Pakistan that year and graduated for the next few years running family farms while writing poetry and reading books.
