大黄是一种用途广泛、生物效应明显的常用中药。近年来,随着化学分离技术及各种光谱分检技术的进展,对大黄的各种生物活性物质的药理作用机理及其应用的研究有了很大的收获。认为大黄不仅有泻下实热、通里攻下作用,还有消炎镇痛、收敛止血、抗菌、抗病毒及抗肺瘤作用。但大黄对骨髓细胞保护作用的研究尚未见报告。我们应用微核测定方法,检测大黄对小鼠骨髓细胞的保护作用,以探讨大黄新的药效价值。现报道如下: 材料与方法一、材料: 1.大黄提取液:大黄系青海产,经过酒精提取,制成大黄口服液。2.环磷酰胺:批号88418,上海第十二制
Rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine with a wide variety of uses and obvious biological effects. In recent years, with the progress of chemical separation technology and various spectral sorting techniques, great achievements have been made in the study of the pharmacological mechanism and application of various biological active substances of rhubarb.
