[目的]建立同时测定环境水中13种有机磷农药的气相色谱法。[方法]有机磷农药采用液-液萃取后用DM-5毛细管柱气相色谱火焰光度检测器进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。[结果]本法测定13种有机磷农药各组分的分离度>1.5,方法线性范围为0.50 ̄15.0μg/mL,检出限为0.0053 ̄0.023ng,用加标回收考察方法的准确度,平均回收率为87.8% ̄104.0%,用相对标准偏差(RSD)考察方法的精密度,RSD为2.60% ̄9.83%。[结论]该方法提取完全,定量准确,操作简单,能同时测定水中残留的多种有机磷农药。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 13 organophosphorus pesticides in environmental water. [Method] The organophosphorus pesticides were determined by liquid-liquid extraction with DM-5 capillary gas chromatographic flame photometric detector, and were characterized by retention time and external standard. [Result] The separation of 13 components of organophosphorus pesticides was> 1.5 by this method. The linear range of the method was 0.50 ~ 15.0 μg / mL with the detection limit of 0.0053 ~ 0.023 ng. The accuracy of the method was tested by spike recovery. The average recovery was 87.8% ~ 104.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was used to examine the precision of the method with RSD of 2.60% ~ 9.83%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, accurate and easy to operate. It can simultaneously determine a variety of organophosphorus pesticide residues in water.
