中餐服务是中职酒店管理专业的专业必修课,课程理论性强、操作性强,与行业联系紧密。酒店管理专业学生存在文化基础差、学习主动性不强、易自卑等问题。所以担任中餐服务课程教学的教师应针对课程的内容特点和学生情况,灵活运用分组教学法、情景模拟教学法、项目教学法、短视频观摩学习、传递式教学方法等多种教学方法,来训练学生中餐实操的各项技能,达到中职酒店管理专业实用型人才培养的目标要求。
