针对自主设计的用于飞机液压系统的间接检测式溢流阀全流量压差不能满足设计要求,通过理论分析得出这种间接检测式溢流阀稳态调压偏差大,不能满足顾客使用要求。通过数学建模和AMEsim系统仿真分析,得出理论上直接检测式溢流阀稳态调压偏差极小,能满足使用要求,因此我们设计出一种直接检测式溢流阀,并通过试验对仿真的正确性进行了验证。
According to the self-designed indirect detection relief valve for aircraft hydraulic system, the full pressure differential can not meet the design requirements. The theoretical analysis shows that the indirect detection relief valve has large steady-state pressure regulation deviation and can not meet customer requirements . Through the mathematical modeling and the AMEsim system simulation analysis, it is concluded that the steady pressure deviation of the direct detection relief valve is theoretically very small and can meet the requirements of use. Therefore, we design a direct detection relief valve, and through the test The correctness of the simulation was verified.
