改革开放30年,我国国有企业改革稳步前进,取得了一定的成效。现以经营者的激励机制为研究对象,探索如何在转型期不断创新国有上市公司经营者的激励机制,以继续推动国企改革。
In the 30 years of reform and opening up, the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country has progressed steadily and achieved some success. At present, this paper takes the incentive mechanism of the operator as the research object and explores how to continuously innovate the incentive mechanism of the managers of the state-owned listed companies in the transition period so as to continue to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises.
