将高温固相法制得的YBCO研磨,于无水乙醇中进行超声分散获得纳米YBCO/乙醇溶胶,随后掺入纳米金溶胶,浓缩、干燥得金掺杂的YBCO材料.结果发现,纳米金掺杂的YBCO/乙醇溶胶中粒子形成纳米链;掺杂适量金提高了YBCO的晶化程度;掺金量为0.025wt%~0.500wt%时,金/YBCO材料的超导转变温度T_e为93.84~92.01 K,但掺杂1%的金时,样品超导性能消失.若能进一步控制好掺金量,金掺杂YBCO的T_e也会相应得到提高.
YBCO prepared by high-temperature solid-phase method was ground and dispersed in ethanol to obtain nano YBCO / ethanol sol, then doped with nano-gold sol, concentrated and dried to obtain gold-doped YBCO material. YBCO / ethanol sol particles to form nano-chains; doping the appropriate amount of gold increased the crystallization degree of YBCO; the superconducting transition temperature T_e of gold / YBCO was 93.84 ~ 92.01 when the amount of gold was 0.025wt% ~ 0.500wt% K, but when 1% gold is doped, the superconducting property of the sample disappears.If the amount of gold doping is further controlled, the T_e of gold-doped YBCO will also be improved accordingly.
