航天器在宇宙空间环境中运行时,它的表面温度与航天器表面材料对太阳光的吸收率(αs)和材料本身的红外辐射率(εH)有关。根据不同运行的轨道,我们可以选择适当的αs/εH比值的涂层来控制航天器表面温度,以保证航天器内部的仪器保持在正常的工作环境中。在有些温度控制设计中,当需要减少对太阳光的吸收,尽量多地向外辐射能量时,就需要低αs/εH比值的温控涂层来控制。ZKS型涂层就是一种低αs/εH比值的涂料型无机温控涂层。
When a spacecraft is operating in cosmic space, its surface temperature is related to the solar absorptance (αs) of the spacecraft surface material and the infrared emissivity (εH) of the material itself. Depending on the orbit of the operation, we can choose the appropriate αs / εH ratio coating to control the surface temperature of the spacecraft to ensure that the instruments inside the spacecraft remain in a normal working environment. In some temperature control designs, a temperature-controlled coating with a low αs / εH ratio is required to control the need to reduce the absorption of sunlight and to maximize the outward radiant energy. ZKS type coating is a kind of low αs / εH coating type inorganic temperature control coating.
