对于二级相交铁电体,考虑了在高负载电阻条件下这类晶体的热释电电压与温度关系的热力学内容。这些想法已用来说明实验上得到的TGS晶体热释电电压的温度滞后。业已证明,升温时产生的热释电电压的电场可以引起晶体的极化,而降温时则引起晶体的退极化。
For the second-order intersecting ferroelectrics, the thermodynamic content of the pyroelectric voltage of such crystals under the condition of high load resistance is considered. These ideas have been used to illustrate the temperature hysteresis of experimentally obtained pyroelectric voltages for TGS crystals. It has been shown that the electric field of the pyroelectric voltage generated at the time of heating can cause the polarization of the crystal and the depolarization of the crystal at the time of cooling down.
