在“双学双比”活动中,我乡坚持“科学种养,全面发展”的目标,引导和组织广大妇女学习各种种植、养殖、加工技术,并积极做好产前、产中、产后的服务工作,使妇女的学习热情和生产的积极性得到空前的调动和提高,全乡参赛妇女6753人中,已有95%以上的妇女掌握丁1～2门实用技术,286名妇女评定了技术员职称。38名妇代会主任成为科技致富带头人,涌现了一批年收入过万元的女能手、女状元。由于全乡坚持开展“双学双比”和巾帼扶贫活动,目前已有85%以上的家庭步入小康行列,为后湖乡创产值30亿元立下了功劳。
