目的在盐城市城区测定淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为更好地选用卫生杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍测试法,计算LC50。结果盐城市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威和双硫磷的抗性指数分别为0.5、0.38、0.49和6.43。结论盐城市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和仲丁威敏感,对双硫磷具有低抗性。今后应加强抗性监测,科学合理用药。
Objective To determine the susceptibility of Culex pipiens pallens to common pesticides in urban area of Yancheng and provide a scientific basis for better selection of hygienic insecticides. Methods Immersion test was used to calculate LC50. Results The resistance index of Culex pipiens pallens to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, sec-butyl and diphtheria in urban area of Yancheng was 0.5, 0.38, 0.49 and 6.43, respectively. Conclusion The larvae of Culex pipiens pallens in urban area of Yancheng City are sensitive to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and sec-butylcarb and have low resistance to diphtheria. In the future, we should strengthen resistance surveillance and use drugs rationally and scientifically.
