目的 观察红花注射液的心脏保护作用。方法 在改良的Euro Collins心脏保存液 (mEC液 )中添加红花注射液 ,以单纯mEC液为对照组 ,保存大鼠离体心脏 2 0h ,采用Langendorff离体鼠心灌注法 ,于再灌注 4 0min ,测定心功能、冠脉流量及心肌含水量。检测冠脉流液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK)活性 ,心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 保存后红花组心脏心功能和冠脉流量明显好于mEC组 (P <0 0 1) ;心肌含水量低于mEC组 ,但无统计学意义 ;LDH、CK活性明显低于mEC组 (P <0 0 1) ;SOD活性显著高于mEC组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量显著低于mEC组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 红花注射液具有很好的心脏保护作用 ,可能与其抗氧自由基损伤及扩张冠脉血管等作用有关
Objective To observe the cardioprotective effect of safflower injection. Methods The safflower injection was added to the modified Euro Collins heart preservation solution (mEC solution). The isolated mEC solution was used as the control group to preserve the isolated rat heart for 20 hours. The Langendorff isolated rat heart perfusion method was used for reperfusion. 0min, determination of cardiac function, coronary flow and myocardial water content. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardial tissue were measured. Results The cardiac function and coronary artery flow in the safflower group were significantly better than those in the mec group (P <0 01). The water content in the myocardium was lower than that in the mec group, but it was not statistically significant. The activities of LDH and CK were significantly lower than those in the mec group. P <0 0 1); SOD activity was significantly higher than that of mec group (P <0 05), and MDA content was significantly lower than that of mec group (P <0 05). Conclusion Safflower Injection has a good cardioprotective effect, which may be related to its anti-oxidative free radical damage and expansion of coronary vessels and other effects
