Huntington’s舞蹈病(HD)是一种渐进性神经系统衰竭疾患,呈常染色体显性遗传,约70％的HD致病基因由父源遗传,该病神经系统致死的生化基础尚未清楚,目前也无有效的治疗措施。
Huntington’s Chorea (HD) is a progressive neurological disorder characterized by autosomal dominant inheritance. About 70% of HD causative genes are inherited from the paternal source. The biochemical basis of the lethal neurological death of the disease is unclear and there are currently no Effective treatment.
