食用菌菌种是食用菌生产的基础,起着非常重要的巨大的作用。双孢蘑菇菌种作为食用菌生产资料进入商业活动中,具有商品的属性。介绍了双孢蘑菇菌种商品质量的检验内容和要求,分析了菌种质量检验中的重点操作规范,提出了双孢蘑菇菌种商品质量检验规程,作为山西省地方标准推荐,供山西的广大双孢蘑菇生产者和菌种生产者以及关联业务人员参考应用。
Edible mushroom bacteria is the basis for the production of mushrooms, plays a very important and huge role. Agaricus bisporus mushroom species as edible mushrooms into commercial activities, with the attributes of the goods. This paper introduces the test content and requirements of the quality of Agaricus bisporus, analyzes the key operation rules in the quality inspection of the Agaricus bisporus, puts forward the quality inspection rules of Agaricus bisporus, which is recommended by Shanxi Province as the local standard for the majority of Shanxi Agaricus bisporus producers and strain producers as well as associated business people reference applications.
