目的 探讨周期素依赖性激酶 4抑制因子基因 (p16 )缺失在急性白血病中的意义。方法 采用 PCR方法对 43例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (AL L) ,36例急性非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANL L)中 p16基因的纯合缺失进行了研究。结果 2 1例 AL L 存在 p16基因纯合缺失 ,3例 ANL L 存在 p16基因纯合缺失。 AL L p16基因缺失率明显高于ANL L(P<0 .0 5 ) ,p16基因缺失的 AL L 病人有较高的复发率。结论 AL L p16基因缺失率较高 ,p16基因缺失之AL L 预后不良
Objective To investigate the significance of deletion of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor gene (p16) in acute leukemia. Methods The homozygous deletion of p16 gene in 43 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (AL L) and 36 cases of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANL L) was studied by PCR. RESULTS: There was a homozygous deletion of p16 gene in the AL L in 21 cases, and there was a homozygous deletion of p16 gene in 3 cases of ANL L. The deletion rate of AL L p16 gene was significantly higher than that of ANL L (P<0.05), and patients with p16 gene deletion AL L had a higher recurrence rate. Conclusion The deletion rate of AL L p16 gene is high, and the AL L deletion of p16 gene is poor.
