回转式空气预热器.特别是转子转预热器,转动件质量大,转动惯量大.启动时启动力矩很大。本文从实际出发,提供了一种较为简单的测量和计算预热器转子摩擦力矩、启动力矩的方法。并根据在上海闸北电厂400吨/时锅炉φ6.3米回转式预热器上所测得的摩擦力矩、启动力矩数值,对预热器传动系统中各环节(从电动机、齿轮箱的额定功率到支承轴承的使用寿命)进行了分析和讨论,并提出了降低启动力矩的现实意义和途径。
