Aptamers are single-stranded DNA or RNA molecules that have been artificially synthesized in vitro and have a specific tertiary structure and are derived from random oligonucleotide libraries by systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment , SELEX) screening, with the target molecule with high affinity, high specificity. Because the aptamer binds to the target molecule and blocks the biological activity of the target molecule, the aptamer has many advantages over the corresponding antibody molecule, such as small molecular weight, easy modification, no immunogenicity and the like, The treatment of diseases has broad application prospects. In this paper, we review the research progress of aptamers in the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) caused by human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) infection, Therapeutic effect of gametes on pathogen infection.
